01

Relationship issues

Navigating relationship challenges can be difficult and emotionally taxing. In therapy, we will

explore your attachment

and communication styles,

map your emotional needs,

and examine how these needs

can be met in your relationships.

By understanding the patterns

and dynamics that influence your interactions, we can work together to address conflicts and improve your relational skills.

Therapy provides a supportive environment where you can develop healthier ways of connecting with others, ultimately leading to stronger and more fulfilling emotional connections. Whether you're dealing with issues in romantic relationships, friendships, or family dynamics, our goal is to help you build a more satisfying and harmonious relational life.

04

Toxic relationships

Being in a toxic relationship can be draining and damaging to your well-being. Many of my patients who grew up with an emotionally abusive, narcissistic, or alcoholic parent often struggle with low self-esteem, a tendency to people-please, difficulty setting boundaries, burnout, anxiety,

and excessive guilt.

They frequently find themselves repeatedly in relationships with people who don't respect them, cross their boundaries, and can sometimes even become abusive and harmful.

In therapy, we will uncover the patterns and emotional triggers that keep you stuck, empowering you to set boundaries and reclaim your sense of self.

Through our work together, you will gain the tools and insights needed to break free from harmful cycles and start your journey toward healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

02

Anxiety can be overwhelming

and affect every aspect of your life, from your daily routines to your overall sense of well-being.

It is one of the most common reasons people seek therapy, encompassing conditions such as generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social phobia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD),

and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). These conditions can manifest through persistent worry, intense fear, avoidance behaviors, and intrusive thoughts.

In therapy, we will delve into the roots of your anxiety, examining

it's emotional, cognitive, and behavioral components.

By understanding the underlying triggers and patterns, we can develop a tailored approach to manage and alleviate your anxiety. Our sessions will focus on building deeper self-awareness, identifying thought patterns that contribute to your anxiety, and implementing practical strategies to cope with and reduce anxiety symptoms.

Together, we will work on creating a toolkit of techniques to help you navigate anxiety-inducing situations, whether through mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral strategies, or relaxation exercises. The goal is to empower you to live a calmer, more balanced life, where anxiety

no longer holds you back from achieving your personal and professional goals.

05

Addictions

Struggling with addiction can feel isolating and overwhelming. Whether it's an addiction to substances like weed, alcohol,

or painkillers, or addictive behaviors such as shopping, video games, or pornography,

all addictions often develop from a foundation of trauma and emotional pain. These addictions are compounded by an inability to cope with overwhelming feelings and a lack of a supportive system. In therapy, we will explore the underlying trauma and emotional triggers driving your addictive behaviors.

Together, we’ll develop personalized strategies to manage cravings, heal emotional wounds, and build a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Our work will focus on restoring your sense of control and helping you establish a supportive network, enabling you to reclaim your well-being and move forward with confidence.

03

Postpartum support

Adjusting to life after childbirth can be challenging for both parents, often bringing feelings

of overwhelm, anxiety,

or depression. Many new parents experience shame for having these feelings, as society expects us to be happy and excited when a new baby joins the family.

In reality, this can be a very challenging time, raising issues related to attachment from their own childhood and placing new strains on the couple's relationship and intimacy. Getting support from a compassionate and accepting therapist can be critical for the well-being of both the parents and the newborn.

Therapy can provide a safe space to explore these complex emotions, develop coping strategies, and strengthen the parental bond. You don’t have to face this alone. Reaching out for help can make a significant difference in navigating this transformative period with resilience and confidence.
